Her love of music grew through high school and she decided to continue her education at Graceland University in Lamoni, IA. She is currently finishing up her Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance with two endorsements in K-8 and 5-12 Music Education. Throughout college, she participated in many ensembles and performance opportunities that have helped her grow as a musician and educator. She is a three-time placer in the Anthony Hyde Solo Scholarship Competition during her time at Graceland.

Music Theory lessons in St. Louis, Missouri

Music theory lessons make reading, chords, and song structure clearer—so practice on any instrument feels less mysterious and progress speeds up.

In Music Theory lessons, students typically work on:

  • Notes, intervals, scales, and key signatures
  • Chord construction and common progressions
  • Rhythm reading and ear-training tie-ins
  • Applying theory directly to songs you are learning

Lessons are one-on-one. Start with a free trial, then continue on a schedule that works for you. St. Louis metro students juggle school, sports, and long travel days—so scheduling and teacher fit matter as much as technique. We work with you to find a sustainable lesson plan in the area.
