Our payment system is online and subscription based. This basically means that tuition payments are made by card (debit or credit) and automatically deducted at regular intervals- every week, 2-weeks or 4-weeks. Charges are made on Sundays for the following Monday-Sunday week(s).
In order to keep our prices low, we've adopted a subscription based payment system. With this system there are certain restrictions on refunds. Refunds are only available if a teacher cancels, if the lesson falls on a holiday, or if there is inclement weather.
Call or text your teacher anytime before the day of your lesson. This ensures you will receive a makeup lesson.
Lessons cancelled on the day of the lesson are not eligible for a makeup and will be forfeited unless there are special circumstances.
Contact the office when you need to change your payment or subscription, when you have any questions about policy, payment, concerns of any kind, or suggestions. (login to cancel)
Contact your teacher if you have questions about the content of lessons or songs, or if you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson's regular time.
